Rose: "'Sup with magic school?"
Kai: "It’s Andrew, the boss of the place... It’s complicated, but something took him over and now he’s takin’ over all the kids who’re living there."

Panel 2 (Vangel speaks, with Daisy grinning behind her.)
Vangel: "We have a plan to free everyone, but we need help."
Daisy: "'Plan” also seems generous."

Panel 3 (Rose is skeptical.)
Rose: "Go to the cops then."
Vangel: "Going to them too."

Panel 4 (Group reaction, everyone is angry and rejecting the idea. Rose speaks to Vangel, who is on a holographic screen.)
Character 3: "Nope!"
Character 4: "Hell no!"
Character 5: "Bullshit!"
Character 6: "Fuggin’ trap!"
Character 7: "I ain’t working with pigs!"
Rose: "You trippin’ on those good painkillers, Aiga?"
"Don’t know what happened with you these last couple days, but—"
